Monday, April 24, 2000

Style 1 Supplies:
  1. 5 yards #40 white satinque ribbon or premade bow
  2. 6 yards white tulle

Instructions:

Make a six inch bow out of the white ribbon.

To the back of the white ribbon add the tulle making it wider.

The tulle should be eight inches across.

Wire off with white chenelle stem.

Fluff the tulle and shape the bow.

Note: Use this bow for the majority of the pews.
Style 2 Supplies:
  1. 5 yards #40 white satinque ribbon or premade bow
  2. 6 yards white tulle
  3. 3 yards of accent ribbon
  4. 2 yards tulle

Instructions:

Make a four inch bow out of the accent ribbon.

Add that to a 5 inch tulle bow.

Now add that to the style 1 bow.

Note: Use this bow for those special friends or cousins.

Style 3 Supplies:
  1. 5 yards #40 white satinque ribbon or premade bow
  2. 6 yards white tulle
  3. 3 yards of accent ribbon
  4. 2 yards tulle
  5. Assorted floral pieces

Instructions:

Follow directions to Style 2.

Using a hot glue gun add pieces of greenery and flower heads into the bows.

I used fern, lotus flower, and ivy.

Note: I would use this type of bow to designate the pews for the immediate family.
