Harvest Chair Swag Project

 Supplies:

  1. Pkg. Of dried wheat
  2. Pkg. Of preserved oak leaves
  3. 2 small fall picks
  4. Raffia
  5. Stem of bittersweet
  6. Wire cutters
  7. Floral wire
Instructions:
  • Make 2 small bundles of wheat with the stem about 12” long. Now lay them on top of each other with the wheat heads at opposite ends; wire together. Now wire in a few oakleaves, I used 3.
  • Next wire in your picks.
  • Cut the bittersweet apart and wire it in also.
  • Use the raffia to tie the swag to the back of the chair.
  • You can hang it either vertically or horizonally.
  • This will help to add a festive feel to the room and not take up valuable table space.
