Burnt Leaf Arrangement Project

 Supplies:
  1. 9-12 Burnt Leaves (Directions from previous project) The only difference being that, I used different colors of paint on different leaf shapes.
  2. DecoArt acrylics: Glorious Gold ,Venetian Gold ,Shimmering Silver
  3. Stiff bristle brush to drybrush
  4. 3 white mums
  5. 3 sprigs brown eucalyptus
  6. 3-5 branches
  7. 1 grape cluster
  8. 1 twig ball 4"
  9. 1 stem bittersweet
  10. 5-6 stems of wheat
  11. 4" clay pot
  12. foam for pot and spanish moss to cover it
Instructions:
1. Dry brush everything with the three acrylic paints listed above.
I used a different color per leaf shape, also a different color on the other elements.
I used all three colors on the clay pot.

2. Put foam in the pot and cover it with spanish moss.
Bend a floral wire in a U shape and use it to pin the twig ball into the foam ball just to the side of the center.

3.Insert the grape cluster on the other side of the pot.

4.Insert the burnt leaves throughout the arrangement.

Put in the twigs, with the tallest toward the top and the shorter toward the bottom.

 
Fill in with the other ingredients.
I inserted the mums in a triangular shape throughout the arrangement.
Fill all the large empty spaces.
